Though the schedule shows only 6 p.m. for Meal Delivery, you have a window between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. to drop off some food. Just TEXT Lissa when you're on your way or if you want to come earlier. Per Lissa...foods to avoid. -Eliminate all processed food that contain preservatives, sugars, vegetable oils, etc., like aspartame, MSG, corn syrup, aluminum, fluoride, nitrates and nitrites, monosodium glutamate. soy products, sauces, MSG, and anything with “natural flavors” listed as an ingredient. -Eliminate tomatos and tomato sauces -Eliminate soft drinks, caffeine, and fast foods. -Eliminate beef, pork, turkey -Limiting- alcohol and carbonated water. -Eliminate Shitake mushrooms -Eliminate products with soy, soy sauce, soy beans etc -Eliminate big fish, ie Tuna, shark, swordfish -Eliminating cheese -Increasing- Water intake, olive oil, fruits, vegetables, legumes and grains.
